Send us any x2VOL export that lists students with their hours. We usually work from the hour-history report plus the roster export, and we can combine several files.

Will students lose the hours they logged in x2VOL?
No. We import their history from your x2VOL exports before launch, so the hours are in each student's profile and counting toward goals the first time they sign in.
What do I need to export from x2VOL?
The hour-history report and a roster export, in Excel or CSV. If you are not sure which reports to run, send us what you have and we will tell you if anything is missing.
Can we switch in the middle of a school year?
Yes. Mid-year switches are common because the import carries the year's hours over. Most schools are live within a week of the kickoff call.
How does the first month free work?
