What will Helper Helper cost your school?
Drag the slider to your enrollment, or the size of the group that will log hours, and the price updates instantly. No tiers, no add-ons, no quote required.
How it’s priced: $500 per year covers your first 200 students. Each additional student is $2.50 per year. Monthly billing is $50 per month plus $0.25 per additional student.
On-demand text messaging through our Message Center incurs an additional fee, since we pay per-message charges to provide that service.
$500 base for up to 200 students
That works out to $2.50 per student per year.
Have 5,000 or more students, or several schools in a district? Volume discounts are available. Schedule a demo and we will put together a quote for you.

HECVAT-assessed, FERPA-compliant, encrypted in-transit and at-rest, hosted on AWS infrastructure.
This designation benefits both parties: for your school or district, it means you can deploy Helper Helper without the administrative burden of collecting individual parent consent for every student — the same way you onboard other essential technology platforms. For Helper Helper, it means we are held to the same strict data-handling standards as your own employees, giving your community confidence that student records are protected by the full weight of federal privacy law.
The FTC provides guidance confirming that schools may consent on behalf of parents in the educational context under COPPA. Please request to see our Notice of Data Practices for Children Under 13 and our Privacy Policy for further details.
The HECVAT was developed by the higher education community (EDUCAUSE) and is widely used by colleges and universities to assess the IT security, data protection, and privacy practices of third-party software vendors before adoption. While originally designed for higher ed, its comprehensive framework is equally valuable for K–12 schools and districts looking for a rigorous, standardized way to evaluate whether a vendor meets their security and compliance requirements.
AWS operates the most widely adopted and trusted cloud infrastructure in the world, with security practices that meet or exceed the requirements of federal agencies, financial institutions, and healthcare providers. Their data centers are protected by 24/7 on-site security, biometric access controls, redundant power and networking, and continuous monitoring.
AWS is independently audited against the most rigorous standards in the industry — including SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and PCI DSS — and provides industry-leading uptime guarantees backed by a 99.99% service-level agreement. This means your school can count on Helper Helper being available when students and advisors need it.
Administrators can be scoped to specific groups, schools, grade levels, or graduating classes — an NHS advisor sees only their NHS members, a school principal sees only their school, and a district coordinator sees the full district.
Outside community partners receive organization admin roles that let them post their own volunteer opportunities, manage sign-ups, and confirm attendance for events they host, without any visibility into student records, other organizations’ events, or school-internal data.

More about our support →Live within a week
Most schools are fully launched within a week, and once you are live the platform largely runs itself. Three steps and you are ready to invite students:
-
Upload your roster Send us a spreadsheet, or connect your SIS for automatic nightly syncing.
-
Add community partners A name and a category is all you need. Partners can approve hours directly.
-
Post your first opportunities Give students something to sign up for the moment they log in.
Schools say it pays for itself
“I was hesitant to pay for a service that we were surviving without, but I do not regret it for a moment. The amount of time I have saved from using Helper Helper has more than paid for the service and then some!”
“What you receive with the app, the ease of use, the technical support is top-tier. If at any time we have a question or issue, I can reach out to Krista or Chelsea and receive a response same day. Other platforms that I researched prior to going with Helper Helper were more expensive and did not offer near the level of service.”

Pricing questions, answered
Everything a business office, principal, or adviser usually asks before signing up. Anything else? Call (734) 531-8806 or email info@helperhelper.com.
Is there a setup fee or any add-on pricing?
No. The price you see is the whole price. Custom branded iPhone and Android apps, single sign-on, SIS rostering, data import, onboarding, training, and same-day support are all included. There are no tiers to upgrade to and nothing to unlock.
Who counts toward our student count?
Count the students who will have Helper Helper accounts and the ability to log hours. Accounts for your administrators and community partners do not add to the price.
What if we add students during the year?
Add them whenever you need to. We do not nitpick your count during the year: a few dozen new students here and there is expected, and we only revisit the number if the change approaches hundreds of students. Extra students are typically charged at your annual renewal, at the same $2.50 per student per year (or $0.25 per student per month on monthly billing).
Should we pay annually or monthly?
Annual billing is $500 per year for up to 200 students and saves over 15% compared with paying monthly. Monthly billing is $50 per month for up to 200 students, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time. Annual purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Do you offer district or multi-school pricing?
Yes. Volume discounts are available for districts with multiple schools, and every school in the district runs its own program with district-wide reporting on top. See how districts use Helper Helper, or schedule a demo and we will put together a quote.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required. Pay for a year at a time, or go month to month and cancel whenever you like. If you would prefer to lock in your price, multi-year contract discounts are available: schedule a demo or email info@helperhelper.com and we will put together a quote.
Can we try Helper Helper before we buy?
Yes. Schedule a demo and we will walk through the platform with you and set up a free trial for your school. If you would rather skip the demo, sign up now and lean on the 30-day money-back guarantee.
How do we pay?
Sign up online and pay securely by card through Stripe. If your business office needs a quote, an invoice, or a W-9 for a purchase order, email info@helperhelper.com and we will send it over.
What happens after we sign up?
Our team reaches out within one business day to start onboarding: roster import or SIS sync, single sign-on, your community partners, and your first opportunities. Most schools are live within a week. The onboarding process page walks through every step.
